Transition period
After this next week I will be back to normal training! 2 weeks doesn't seem like a long time but when you are used to training multiple times a day 6 days a week, having 2 weeks of nothing but a total of 4 days of light lifting is proving difficult to stay off the bike an rest as much as possible. It is a good thing that the weather has been so nasty because the temptation to ride is horrible! I have resorted watching bike movies and cleaning my bikes as a way to pass the time. It's a good thing too because my bikes have had a long and rough year of racing and riding in the slop of the east coast or the moon dust of California. I hope everyone has an incredible week!
