Not resolutions but total commitments

I have been wanting to do this for awhile now, but recent events have lit a fire under me to get going and commit to what I want and what I know I should be doing anyway.
1. no caffeine
2. no junk food (including fat cakes) (tear drop)
3. no soft drinks
4. no beer (I know, I know you don't have to say anything)
5. no pizza (ouch!)
Also I'm trying to stay as organic as possible with everything that I eat. I have repetitive blood glucose issues and I have found that staying away from processed foods as much as possible has been a HUGE help with keeping my levels from going haywire. So stoked!!!!

Again these aren't resolutions. I don't like to make resolutions because they have a connotation of failure and  have a history of failure. Failure is not acceptable. So these are commitments to myself and my training. I will keep you posted on all of the withdrawals and let you know how everything is going!
