Back at it!


About this time last year I hurt my lower back pretty good so ever since I have been doing my CGSS from the Mid-thigh position in the rack. I decided that it had been long enough and my back was to a point where I could start pulling off the floor again. I'm super stoked to say that everything felt great and I'm excited to be able to pull from the floor again. I decided to go a bit on the lighter side with 130kg. I can't wait to see where everything goes from here. A week of 5x10 coming up....more to come!
