New PR!


So I had to lift heavy 3x3 this week and after last week of squatting 160kg for 3x5 i thought surely I could lift 165 for 3x3. Well I couldn't get past my sticking point and was only able to get my first set and the first rep of my second set before I had to go down to 150kg to finish out the last of my lift. But the good news is that I have a new pr of 165kg! You might want to turn the volume down a bit, my phone picks up sound really well apparently as we have seen in past videos.
