Spring Training!
I finally get to get back to my regular training schedule tomorrow after being on active rest for the last 2 weeks. I had to have 2 weeks of active rest because I peaked for the morristown spring national. Wheres the only place to go from the peak? down is right. So because of this I have to take 2 weeks of rest and then start back into a block(4 weeks) of 3x10 to re-establish my strength-endurance before working back into strength and strength-power and so on....Mark South, my strength coach through the Center of Excellence at ETSU, and I sat down and worked out the next 5 months of my training in order to get ready for Grands in September. Everything will hopefully be finalized tomorrow and I will post a little glimpse of what I will be doing for the next 5 months!

I can't believe how elaborate (and precise) the training is. How do you know it takes 2 weeks and then what the progression is to build up so that you peak at the right time?
