This morning Howard Gray got me set up using brower timing gates for my sprints in the mini dome. Today I was doing 60m slow coasting fly-in sprints. My best was 5.64sec. I'm super stoked to be able to use accurate timing gates now instead of my thumb actuated stop watch. I'm feeling good! It's good to be back in a strength block for the first time in several months. I'm able to work toward the upper limit of my squat which right now is 150kg for 3x5. Next week will be hopefully 160kg if all goes well.
Steph and I are gearing up to head out to Reno for the pole vault summit. I'm super stoked for a little vacation! Pictures of the trip to come so stay tuned! I hope everyone has an awesome week!
