Good News and Bad News

So thanks to my good friend John Edwards in Knoxville I have caught a medium sized problem that could possibly turn into a giant no bueno problem. So those of you who are close with me know, I have been having bad SI joint problems for about a year or so now. Well  I now know one of the root causes of that pain is because I have an extra lumbar vertebrae, which is also know as lumbarization. This occurs when your S1 doesnt form together with the rest of your sacrum during early childhood. I have no idea how we haven't figured this out in the last 24 years but no worries. Also my spine after about L2 is off center by 5 degrees, my right pelvic bone is about a inch lower than the other, my SI is rotated, and my cervical vertebrae curve ( normal is about 40-43 degrees) is 0 degrees due to compression over the years( landing on my head too much!)

Now there's about 5 weeks until I leave for worlds which means that I have to get to Dr. Edwards chiropractic office as much as humanly, and financially, possible between now and when I leave. I can't wait to see how I perform after Everything's straightened out...literally!
